Refund policy

Tuber Guarantee: All tubers are grown, hand dug, divided and inspected on our small family farm in College Grove TN. We follow strict sanitary guidelines and cull any suspicious plants or tubers. We ship only healthy looking tubers with a visible eye/sprout. While most will be "perfect", some may have slight imperfections or be on the small side, Despite this, they will grow and produce beautiful flowers. 

Please inspect all tubers as soon as you receive them. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us within 7 days of the delivery date. We value your business and will do whatever is necessary to make sure you are happy with your order.
